These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the foundation for operating the 7u7v platform. By accessing the 7u7v website (https://7u7v.cam), opening an account, or using any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

7u7v reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Alongside these terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. These three documents together form a single unified agreement.

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account on 7u7v and use the platform's services, you must be at least 21 years old. Providing a false age at the time of registration is a direct breach of the terms and may result in account cancellation.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may create only one account. Registering multiple accounts by the same person or on behalf of the same household is strictly prohibited. If 7u7v identifies multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Information Required at Registration

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Valid payment method details

Providing false or incomplete information is a breach of the terms. 7u7v may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. Sharing account details with anyone else is prohibited.

3.2 Account Suspension

7u7v may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Order from a court or regulatory authority

3.3 Account Closure Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The currently accepted payment methods on 7u7v are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposited funds must come from the registered account holder's own payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

For large transactions, 7u7v may take additional verification steps. This process is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure financial security. Failure to submit required documents on time may delay payments.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 7u7v platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 7u7v is not responsible for any loss caused by changes in exchange rates.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A bonus code will apply on the first deposit made after registration to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means withdrawals from a bonus are not possible until you have placed bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies to one account only once
• The validity of a bonus is limited to the time period stated in the offer details
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time (unless explicitly permitted)
• 7u7v reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer
• If evidence of fraudulent use of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

5.4 VIP Program

The 7u7v VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. VIP members receive weekly cashback: Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members receive up to 0.7%, and Gold members receive up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular and active play.

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. 7u7v reserves the right to void abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors. Game rules, odds, or payout structures may change at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

7u7v will not be held responsible if a bet is affected by loss of internet connection, power outage, or device issues. However, if a problem occurs at the server level and is proven, 7u7v will consider reasonable compensation.

6.3 Prohibited Betting Strategies

The following betting strategies are strictly prohibited:

• Arbitrage betting
• Strategic betting patterns carried out with the intent to exploit the system
• Betting using automated scripts or bots
• Betting using another person's account

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7v platform:

7.1 Identity Fraud

Presenting yourself as another person, using a false identity or documents, or opening an account using another person's information is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Financial Crime

Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.3 Technical Misuse

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Introducing malware or viruses
• Using automated scripts or bots
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities

7.4 Social Misconduct

Harassing, abusing, threatening, or discriminating against other players or staff is prohibited. Accounts engaged in such behaviour will be cancelled immediately.

11.3 Language and Interpretation
